Brian Mills needed a brand and website for his new commercial realty venture that would assure clients he wouldn't rest until the they found the right property for them.

Breaking out on your own is exciting, but you need a brand and web presence to back it up.

The Ask

Get the client branded and get the website live so he could quit his day job and start working for himself.

The client had been working for the man at another commercial realty firm, and needed us to spin up a brand and website so he could make a quick exit and start working for himself. My responsibilities included:

  • Stepping in halfway through the branding process to justify the name "Roam" for a commercial realty firm
  • Creating a well-paired tagline, "Real Estate Unbound"
  • Writing punchy web copy to get the attention of leads

The Result

Brian was thrilled with how the tagline tied together what might have been an odd choice of name for a real estate brand. The hard-hitting, actionable lines in the web copy make customers believe they can achieve their aspirations.
