The website overall needed to align more closely with her brand, but the copy needed to sound like Dr. Doctolero.
Just make me look cool!
Dr. Clara works with patients ages 14 and up, so we needed to appeal to a young generation. Making her look cool, was not difficult as she's a lovely person. The trick was getting to know her well enough to not only capture her voice but her essence. My responsibilities included:
We produced a charming website that clearly states Dr. Clara's goal for her patients, creates space for her to share her thoughts and insights on her blog, and wrote the copy in such a way that a patient of any age would feel comfortable reaching out for help.
The client loved her website and had nearly no feedback on copy. She's also received praise for her website from colleagues in the industry upon launch. Her case load is currently full.
